The Optimum made of 86% Polyester/ 14% spandex shell with 100% polyester brush lining. A long sleeve jacket with full front zip and contrasting side panels. Bottom Hem, Cuff, standup collar, and rubber Velcro cuff closure. Fully lined and water resistant.
